Saturday at 8:00 am. I planned to fly to Miami for my cruise trip starting on Saturday afternoon,

however

, I received the suspension notice at 7:00 am that day . Because of

this

short notice, I was not able to change my flight in advance and

thus

missed my trip. My airline ticket was booked with the cruise ticket in the same travel agency, so I need you help to write a letter for me to make a travel insurance claim. As per my travel agent’s request, the letter should include the title of your company, the flight number and when it was terminated,

as well as

the manager’s signature. I am still extremely disappointed that I cannot enjoy my vacation
