Much to my regret, I am writing to complain about the cancellation of my flight AC123

Saturday at 8:00 am. I planned to fly to Miami for my cruise trip starting on Saturday afternoon, however
, I received the suspension notice at 7:00 am that day . Because of this
short notice, I was not able to change my flight in advance and thus
missed my trip.
My airline ticket was booked with the cruise ticket in the same travel agency, so I need you help to write a letter for me to make a travel insurance claim. As per my travel agent’s request, the letter should include the title of your company, the flight number and when it was terminated, as well as
the manager’s signature.
I am still extremely disappointed that I cannot enjoy my vacation due to

situation. As the mistake was caused by your company, I suggest that you could give your customers the cancellation notification at least 24 hours before the departure in the future, so we could have sufficient time to change our tour plan.
