the number of elephants in India was the highest, the figure in China was the lowest/ the least belonged to China.
In 1997, the largest number belonged to India with 10000 individuals, meanwhile, the herb in China was the modest, just one in ten (10 per cent) of India, at 1000. After 7 years, India’s population of giant mammals reduced by 2500, whereas
China’s figure declined by nearly half (from 1000) to 500. In addition
