You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking. Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter: * say which part-time course you booked * explain why you need to cancel your booking * ask about booking a different course
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing
this
letter to request the cancellation of the part-time course
I booked on your college's website.
I recently sent an application form regarding the part-time Graphic Design course
at the Fine Arts of Ottawa College through the official website. The course
is scheduled to start next Summer, running from Tuesday to Thursday in the afternoons.
The reason why I have to cancel it is because I made a mistake as I did not see all the courses available on the website's list. I am much more interested in another course
that I discovered after I had sent the form application.
I would like to request your assistance in booking the Botanic Illustration course
instead
, if possible. I have always been interested in learning about Flora and the different species we can find locally, as I know there are plenty of exotic plants and flowers that I would love to study and learn how to draw.
I am really sorry for the inconvenience and I look forward to receiving your response soon.
Yours faithfully,
Amanda LagoSubmitted by amandacflago23 on
