I want to suggest that the party theme, we organized in the last event should be changed to go out for picnic because in the past year we all decided to go out for fishing but that didn't work as we all thought it could .I want you all to suggest a picnic location where we can conduct different types of games, dance to music and so on. I think the decoration of the place last time was not put up well so we have to task on that part and plan something extraordinary for that. The way to punish the individuals who break public facilities is a topic people often discuss . Some communities argue they should serve the community by taking responsibility for their action, instead of paying the fine or even being sent to prison. To me, I believe both punishments have the function of vigilance so I partially agree with the statement and I will elaborate on it in the following paragraphs.
