I am writing

email regarding some problems we have faced with rubbish collection in our area.
As you might be aware, the collection time used to be 8 at night; however
, one week ago, we were informed that it would be transferred to 12 at midnight from the 1st of July.
A point that is
worth considering is that a significant percentage of people in our area, including me, are employees. This
means that everyone sleeps before midnight and, therefore
, will not be able to put out the litter at the due time. This
can cause serious sanitary issues for lots of residents.
You are requested to revise the decision and change the time to its previous one. According to
our group consultation, 7 p.m. or the latest 10 p.m. also
can be dedicated to collecting the garbage.
