You have some documents that you need to be translated into another language as soon as possible. Write a letter to a translation agency. In your letter ● say what the documents are ● explain why you need them to be translated ● ask for the documents to be translated urgently
I am writing
this
letter to translate my educational documents to the Arabic language at the earliest as per the below details.
To begin
with, please note that my employer requires my engineering degree certificate and transcript for all semesters to be translated from English to Arabic language. I have a total of 9 documents which I will submit at your centre.
Based on the new rule implemented by the Kuwait Public Authority of Manpower last
month, each employee needs to submit the Arabic translation papers while
renewing their work visa. Therefore
, you need to translate all these documents and to be attested by the Ministry of Justice.
Since I can not personally handle this
task by visiting the government office, I would request you to complete the translation process within 7 working days as my work visa is expiring in 20 days. Any delay may extremely impact my visa renewal process . Nevertheless
,I am ready to pay for fast service as per discussion with customer
care officer.
I am looking forward to hearing from you and completing the task promptly.
Yours faithfully,

‘Dear...’ is more appropriate, so stick with this.
For a formal letter there are two options for the greeting:
