subject making it the most popular course among both genders. However

maintained their majority in psychology and mathematics with 200 students
each, there were about 175 and 45 female students
in each of these subjects respectively.
On the contrary
, approximately 110 female students
studied linguistics which was around 30 more students
when compared with men. An equal number of male students
were studying engineering and programming at 150 students

took up engineering and the figure for female students
in programming was almost half in comparison to male students
