Lots of people are moving from the countryside to cities in many countries globally which leads to the decreasing population. This essay goes to positive statement because it makes the country more competitive and promotes economic growth.

One of the main reasons is that these days due to eating junk food such as Hamburgers , chips and pizza people are become obese rather than previous generation. For example in the UK over seventy percent of individuals have overweight and eat unhealthy food. To tackle this issue, either people should not eat unhealthy food or the government should to increase tax on these kind of food.

Being obese was once only a condition that adults suffered from, but it is becoming more common in youths. This essay will first discuss how fast food and a sedentary lifestyle are the primary causes of this growing problem and then outline how education and increased exercise are the most viable solutions.
