Dear Sir, I am Arthur, residing in the leased flat at 27 New Karakum. I am writing to convey my discontent with the furniture that was given. Since my move on the 27th of October 2024 to flat A on the 5th floor, there have been continuous complaints. I believe the tearing of the living room chairs is
due to
 the frequent use they have experienced. I can see that it has recently undergone renovations.
