You are going to visit the town where your friend went to university. Write a letter to your friend. In your letter, •explain why you will be visiting the town •give details of where you will be staying •ask your friend to recommend some evening entertainment
Dear Nidhi,
I am writing to ask you for some suggestions about a place where you spent the
last
three years of your life.
As you already know, I recently got a job in a travel company. Yesterday, I received an email from my manager to attend a meeting in 'Jaipur' next Wednesday, on behalf of my institution, so I immediately recognized your name as you have done your graduation from there.
Cherry on the cake is that the whole trip is sponsored by the company. They already sent me details of the hotel. I’m going to stay in. Its name is “ The Kentish Hotel “. As per Google reviews, it is quite a popular and luxurious destination to stay.
By the way, the meeting is organized in the same hotel, I mentioned earlier and it is located near to University you went to. Be grateful if you could suggest to me some places where I can spend my leisure time. If you know any places, let me know soon.
Keep in touch,
Your best friend,
