In contemporary times, it is argue that above fifty years old employees do not capable to quickly changing ideas the moden workplace and because of this notion younger workers should be hired. While I accept that this perception is somewhat justified, I assert that there are other important factors might logically lead to opposition.

It is often argued that a new language should be discovered for people from all over the world to communicate internationally. Whilst acknowledging the potential drawbacks, I believe it has more advantages such as lowers the risk of miscommunication and improves the overall confidence in communication.
