In January, in-person started at the lowest point at just above 400. However
, it gradually went up to 800 in March, following that, rose dramatically and reached the highest stop at about 1900 at the end

, by telephone was in first place at the beginning of the period with just above 800 and it went down after a month and reached its lowest mark at exactly 800. Although
