The graph shown provides data on the inquests made by tourists to the travel office through varied forms of communication models (in person, by letter/email and telephone) over half the period of 2011.
Overall
, it can be seen that there was a significant rise in visits made to the centre and calls made by travellers,
however
, with approximately twice the fall in letters and emails sent. During the onset of the year, personal enquiries were the least favoured having the lowest of the three with just over 400 in number and went to increase dramatically and peak at 1900 which is almost five times from its initial position to become the most recommended means of enquiry.
In addition
, phone calls were the most used forms amongst its peers with a little over 800 in January which was nearly two times in comparison to personal visits to the office and grew considerably over the next six months reaching 1600 despite a dip in February thereby falling short by 300 to become second to its rivalry.
On the other hand
, letters and emails
also
were some of the most used communication channels to get information when the year began with almost 800,
while
there was a gradual decrease within the next two months, it was followed by a dramatical drop which was twice the margin as compared to its previous place reaching a constant level in the
last
month of just under 400.
