There have been some problems with public transport in your area recently. Write a letter to the manager of the transport company. In your letter: Describe the problems. Explain how these problems are affecting the public. Suggest some changes that could be made

Dear Sir/ Madam, I am writing
this
letter in regard to a problem we are facing with public transport. We have suitable buses in the morning and in the evening, but it is a big problem during the snow days as our children have to walk to the bus stop which is 1 km away near City Centre. And they have no opportunity to return back home as there are no buses. The low frequency of buses has caused major issues for adults who are commuting daily for their jobs or daily errands. All of our neighbours are worried for their children, especially the family who are not at home until late evening.

our children have a lack of communication with friends. Even for adults if they have any health issues, it is hard for them to walk to City Centre to catch the bus. We will be very grateful for your help. If you can increase the frequency of public transport in our neighbourhood, like 1 bus every hour, which will help commuters to commute safely without any trouble. Sincerely yours, Mubi
