, it can be seen that in these three different periods who earned above 100,000 led the pack in most years,

received salaries from 75,000 to 99,999 in the whole period. In 2007 the

who made 100,000 or more got first place, but we can see a reversal with people who got between 25,000 and 49,999 moving to first place by 3 million

increased in 2011, and we can see in 2015 a comeback for

who earned more than 100,000 with a rise of 5 million

and led the pack for the second time.
