The pie chart shows the distribution of ordered food belonging to various countries around the world, and the line graph illustrates the growth in the number of

restaurants within the period of 55 years.

it is clear that
Chinese food remained a popular choice amongst Canadians, and
Indian
restaurants rapidly grew in numbers over the given period of time. Looking at the pie chart, almost one-third of takeaways consisted of Chinese foods the most favourite food of the masses;
Indian
foods were the second most favourite; their proportion stood at 26%.
While
1 in 10 people loved eating Italian foods.
On the other hand

Indian
restaurants have grown in popularity and in numbers as well. In 1960, there were fewer than 100 of them.
However

this
figure has exponentially increased in the following years; the figure rose to nearly 8000 in the year 2000, and in 2007, they reached their peak, totalling above 8000.
