As well as making money, businesses also have social responsibilities. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

In all kinds of workplaces, apart from the main
business
, some social duties have to be followed by
business
owners,
this
is quite clear and I agree. Every company has its way of making money and meanwhile, there are stakeholders around who are influenced by that organization or even can influence the firm in return via different ways.
Accordingly
, the firms cannot ignore the parameters around the
business
especially the social effect which is one of the most significant ones. In my opinion, there can be at least two reasons to consider the environmental issues around foundations. One of them is the basic rule of project and risk management in the view that you monitor all the stakeholders especially the society around the job merely to prevent causing a huge or remarkable risk, and another is just handling some items from a humanity-based perspective to serve the people around and create some positive influence regarding the presence of the firm in the area.
For example
, I can mention a project in which I was involved as a project manager within the
last
two years in the construction of a residence for a company's employees which was supposed to be built near a fantastic-viewed village in the south of my country. We considered that if we just went there and started the construction without any considerations, there would be some unusual reactions from the people already living in the countryside,
accordingly
, we defined another side-project as a public swimming pool for the whole residence of the area and we invited all the citizens there to explain what is planned to be done within next two years, including one swimming pool for the social purpose and the existing residence and another a new building for some new employees who are supposed to be worked there. The general view was quite cooperative and positive
at the end
.
Moreover
, it is quite significant that we consider the social parameters whenever we are handling a
business
, which will be both for our success and for the people around good effect.
