 message finds you well. I am writing to report a jacket that I accidentally left behind at your cinema, The Parkway, after the film screening on January 5th. The jacket is a dark blue, medium-sized fleece with a zippered front and two side pockets. It

 has a small logo on the left sleeve. I was seated in the third row from the front, in the middle section of Auditorium 25.I remember leaving it on the seat as I exited the cinema. Could you please check if the jacket has been found and, if so, let me know how I might arrange to retrieve it? If it has not yet been located, I would appreciate any information on the procedure for lost items. Thank you very much for your assistance in

Word Count

IELTS says that you should write a minimum of 150 words in writing task 1. If you go under word count you will lose marks in task response.

Aim for between 160 to 190 words in writing task 1. This will ensure a concise letter and will be realistic in terms of time management. You have only 20 minutes to write the letter and you need around 5 minutes of planning time, so you will not be able to write a long letter in 15 minutes.
