Dear Sir, I am writing
this
letter to inform you of an incident that took place on the 10th of September. I rented a car from Jumeirah Beach in Dubai to travel to Abu Dhabi. After travelling for about an hour, there was a dust storm and visibility was greatly reduced,
due to
which the car's side mirror struck a pole on the side of the road and was totally destroyed. After the mishap, I called the insurance and waited for about 15 minutes, the insurance guys came and took the photos and all the necessary details about the accident. The insurance company confirmed that all the expenses will be covered. The mistake from my side was that I should have stopped the car and let the storm pass. Thankfully there was no casualty and my friends were not harmed. Please let me know if you find any scratches or dents that I might have caused on the journey and I would be happy to cover any expenses. Thanks and Regards, Salman
