Looking at the overall perspective, despite the slight change in both year, the budget remained stable throughout the given period. Similarly, the proportion of money spent in both year is also relatively unchanged.

Nowadays, in a world where technology each year gains more attention, the number of children playing video games significantly rises too. This is because games provide children an escape and an opportunity to relax, however, I believe it negatively impacts youngsters' lives by contributing to the growth in their procrastination which leads to possible degradation.

It is often argued that some specialist, such as doctors and engineers, should have the freedom to work in any country of their choice, however, some think that they must be working in a country where they did training. In my opinion I think they should have freedom to work in a country where they are willing to because of less opportunities and lower salaries in a country they did training.

I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about the construction of brand-new flats ruining the park located opposite the Luxury Inns building, Collingwood. I have been a resident of this building since 2010 and I have seen that this park is vital for the people living nearby this area as it is utilized by all age groups.

Car ownership has increased so rapidly over the past thirty years that there are constant traffic jams in many cities around the world. How true do you think this statement is? What measures can governments take to discourage people from owning cars?
During the last few years, having a private car has been highly popular and it is regarded as a symble of good prosperity. As a result, the number of cars is boosting day by day which poses several problems. To my mind, however, this fever plays a vital role in creating heavy traffic in urbans; but it is not the only defining factor. Also, I assume decreasing the cost of public transportation could significantly reduce the usage of private cars.
