provide a logical conclusion. On one hand, a higher number of accidents are occurring globally compared to previous years

due to

the increased use of private

vehicles

as a mode of transportation. In case of unfortunate incidents, some individuals may lose control of their

vehicles

due to

speeding, resulting in accidents, especially on highways.

Therefore

, reducing the maximum speed limit on

vehicles

can help prevent people from violating traffic rules and enhance

safety

on the roads.

Conversely

, individuals who violate traffic rules face hefty penalties and potential driving suspensions. Governments should allocate funds for improving
