while
the bar chart provides the reasons for these arrests. At first glance,
it is clear that
men were more likely to be arrested than women.
In contrast
, it turns out to be a wider proportion of females arrested for drinking in public when compared to men,
as well as
assault. Males accounted for the largest proportion of detentions among genders, figuring 32 % of them,
while
women described only 9%. Public drinking showed the highest arrest rate, showing 30% of males and over 37% of females.
Following
this
, drunk driving depicted the second largest arrests for males, illustrating 30% of detentions. Despite these two illicit activities, there were not any other arrests accounting for those figures, being assault the next most repeated, with over 20% of females.
