The chart and the graph below give information on the number of UK visitors and the countries where they traveled to.
The line graph illustrates the proportion of the money gained by the top 1 per cent in seven countries during a forty-year period (1975 to 2015).
Looking from an
overall
perspective, it is readily apparent that the mentioned individuals in Germany made the most amount of money at the beginning years (just above 10%), while
other countries had about the same status (well under 10%).
German individuals earned the most in 1975, but after some fluctuations, this
country became the third in the ranking along with
Canada which was about 8 in the first year. Interestingly, the United States which accounted for about 7% in 1975 witnessed a significant increase and became the highest in 2015 (roughly 20%). The figure for the UK had some oscillations, too. However
, it grew reaching about 12 at the end
of the period from less than 10% in the beginning.
The share for the other three countries remained almost the same, although
