as copper, nickel, and zinc. The trends of each one fluctuated dramatically and in some cases, the rates declined and reached a negative value as well.

the other two displayed a closure play of the rate alteration. It is noticeable in the figure that the rate was 6% for the nickel at the very beginning of January which decreased gradually and the amount of change showed a negative value of -3% within 6 months. Though it started to rise again, the percentage was still around 1% in December. For copper, the percentage started from 2% and never crossed it, rather the changing value ended up at 1.5%
