letter finds you well. I believe you enjoyed your trip to Mexico. I am writing to inform you about the damage I caused accidentally when I was in your house. I feel horrible about sharing my mistake with you. To give you more context, I broke your juicer by accident when I was using it. One morning, I was making a smoothie for myself, and I didn't see your dog behind me. I tripped on him and hit the juicer with my hand, which caused him to fall to the ground, and, unfortunately, it broke down into pieces. I feel regret, but I didn't mean to do that. I was lucky to find a guarantee card on one of the shelves. I have already talked to Juicer's company associate, and they told me it's still under the guarantee period, and they can replace it. I took that to their shop on the same day, but they didn't have the same model. The company's manager told me they can deliver that to your house, so I gave your address and phone number over.
