The bar graph illustrates the percentage of the budget which was spent on roads in four various countries namely; Italy,Portugal ,the United Kingdom and the
USA
from 1990 to 2005 .The items are measured in percentage.
Overall
,there are two trends in the bar graph :upward ,and downward .Between 1990 and 2005 there was a sharp decline in Portugal
while
the ratio in the
USA
increased slightly .
By contrast
,Italy and the
UK
saw a fluctuation.
Furthermore
, Portugal was the country that spent more
whereas

UK
spent the least among these countries . Portugal had the highest percentage of expenses in 1990 just over 25% and

figure dropped slightly to 20% in 2005 .Regarding Italy ,it started at approximately 22% in 1990 ,after that increased sharply nearly to 24% in 2000 ,before dropping to 19% in 2005 . The graph demonstrates that the
