illness was the most widespread reason to reject the work,stress was the least popular among workers. And there were three other factors for not going to work.
In 2000, 45 per cent of people did not go to work due to
illness which was the highest rate in this
year while
stress was the reason for only 6% of them. Personal needs and unexpected problems for example
transport, weather and other factors showed quite close results at 15% and 10%. Family responsibilities were also
famous problems among workers at nearly 30%. In 2005, similarly
to 2000, illness was the main issue at 40% whereas
