The chart compares the results of three surveys on absenteeism in European countries in the years 2000, 2005 and 2010.

it is clear that
the most absenteeism was because of illness in 2000, and the least one was because of stress in 2005. As the chart shows, because of illness community did not go to work 45% of responders in 2000, and in 2005 were more than in 2010, 40% and 35%, respectively. Because of stress society did not go to their jobs 6% of responders in 2000, and in 2005 were less than in 2010, 5% and 13%. Because of personal needs, the crowd did not come to work 15% of workers in 2000, and in 2005 people who did not come more than in 2010, 22% and 20%. The next reason was family responsibilities. Because of
this
issue the most skipping year was 2000, and in 2005 and 2010 were similar. The next problem was unexpected problems. In 2005 and 2010 the figure was similar 17%, and in 2000 10% of respondents.
