I am writing

letter to complain about the issue that our company faced during the meeting which was held on 10th March. The organization's name is Pizza Pizza Ltd.
The meeting was arranged to discuss the new products with the other brand employer, our company want to do a collaboration with other organizations to increase product sales. So I booked a conference Linking Words

a week before to make all the arrangements which I required for the meeting like projector screen blackboard sheets for not making.
Unfortunately, on 10th March when I visited the meeting Use synonyms

, I saw there was no projector in the Use synonyms

was too congested. There were 25 members in total. Some of them were standing. I called the reception desk many times, but no one responded to me. Use synonyms

whole scenario ruined my meeting. The guests were unhappy with the service and they left in between.
I met with the organizer, but he didn't feel guilty. So, I am contacting you with Linking Words

letter. I want to suggest if the organization was unable to arrange the things like projector and screen. He has to inform Linking Words
first,
before a meeting not on the same day. The organizer should show all the arrangements to the company's manager before the conference. I think you should return my money which I paid in advance.
