Dear Tim, I am writing to you in order to request a reduction in office hours as I intend to pursue a part-time education. I have recently come across a French language course being offered by the Alliance Francais which starts on the 15th of July, 2025. The institute is offering a hybrid program, which means that candidates can attend classes at their premises or via an online platform. Their classes are scheduled to take place from 4 PM to 6 PM, for 4 days a week.
