Break the letter into clear parts. Start with a short hello, then talk about the party plan, then invite them.
tone
Keep 'Dear Neighbour' at the start and 'Best regards' at the end. Use plain words.
organization
Put one main idea in each paragraph. Use new paragraphs for your intro, plan, and invite.

Say the exact date and how long the party will last so neighbours know.

Use kind and warm words. Do not use lines that make the neighbour feel pushed.

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.
