You ask about all three main parts: joining, what the club has, and the cost. To make the letter stronger, say what sport or class you want to join and when you hope to start.
Some questions are too narrow, such as the treadmill type and card type. Ask about the main things first, for example classes, changing rooms, showers, parking, and help from staff.
Add a short reason for your needs. For example, say that you work in the day, so you need evening hours. This makes your questions more clear and real.
Your letter has a clear order. Each part starts with a signpost: First, Second, and Finally. Keep this good plan.
Use short paragraph links to make the letter flow more smoothly. For example: “As I work late, I would also like to know your opening hours.”
The ending is polite and right. You could add a clear next step, such as asking for a form or a phone number, before your final line.
The letter stays on the topic and asks for the key details the club needs to give you.
Your purpose is clear in the first line: you want to join to improve your fitness and health.
The ideas are easy to follow because each main question is in its own part.
The greeting and final line fit a formal letter well.
Fully explain your ideas
