In this modern era, it is irrefutable fact that companies give salaries to employees based on their education qualification and their work experience. Yet there are some group of people who believes that employee salary must be same as compare to other workers whereas I disagree with this notion and my views will be discussed in the further essay.

In this essay, I am going to discuss the idea that: Some believe that more youths hold an important position in government, while others believe that young people should not. In the beginning, that is the fact that more youths hold important positions in the government, and in my opinion, it is necessary. However, both views are remarkable. Positions should be filled with youths however, on the other hand, workers who have experiences are priceless for the states or other labourers. Young people can adapt the new circumstances easily. Further, their brains are fresh and they have a tendency to create new ideas. However, experienced workers are more eligible for some qualified degrees. Furthermore, They must keep working and their position be preserved so, less experienced worker could learn something from their experiences.

It is increasingly known that technology has created new hobbies; therefore, recently, some kids have spent more time playing games on computers or mobile phones. This essay will discuss some problems that might appear because of this phenomenon, such as an underdeveloped mindset and lower results of studying, and will also provide the most viable solutions for this matter by implementing reward and punishment methods, as well as limiting the playing time.
