In Britain, when someone gets old they often go to live in a home with other old people where there are nurses to look after them. Sometimes the government has to pay for this care. In Britain, elder people are allowed to spend their time at home with nurses taking care of them. It is responsibly of family to pay for their medical care. Alone with that government should also offer them some pensions for old age people.
