It is argued that, nowadays, the majority of people are suffering from the loneliness and health related issues whereas, in the past, older people used to spend most of their time with family and friends because of which they were happier and healthier. This essay will suggest that the biggest problem of this phenomenon is the lack of time and it can be solved by making the balance between the daily activities.
