However, part of being vegetarin is to stop eating meat including fish and chickens.Moreover,this kind of food can damage your body rather than help, in nowadays many people are have a serious issues with obesity due to there eating habits and meates can be the main reason for that becouse it is include a high calories and also it could be a major cause for blood pressure and othere diseases. Despite the fact that meats cause diseases also it can be a reason of daeth the high fat can destroy the heart . Indeed, recent reserech have inducte people to change thier diet, this resarechs for example people with diabetes have discovered that the vegetarine diet is the best solution for there probleme. Whlie people with weight issues tend to reduce their depend on meat and they try to eat more vegetables and fruit since it have low calory and can give them the energey that they need to. In conclusion,I think that daily meals need to include all the different nutrients. As well, we have to guaranty that our body receive enough energy by eat both vegetables and meat.
