Every country should have a free health service, even if this means that the latest medical treatments may not be available through the service because they are too expensive. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Nowadays, some countries offer a free-of-charge healthcare service.
Although
some expensive modern treatments will not be covered, I believe that every
country
should provide free medical services. The main reason why countries should offer free health services is the financial factor.
This
is because not all people can afford treatments in hospitals.
For example
, a recent survey, conducted by a team of German statisticians, has revealed that one in every twenty people in Africa cannot pay for the medical services provided by the government; since the salaries are not in a balance with the cost of living.
Thus
, the governmental authorities should financially cover not only the medical treatments, but
also
the visits of diagnostic purposes.
In addition
, the high-end modern
cures
a motor vehicle with four wheels; usually propelled by an internal combustion engine
cars
are only necessary in the minority of medical cases.
Furthermore
, most people go to hospitals for minor treatments, which do not require complex equipment, nor expensive treatments. To illustrate, a poll, made in 2016 in Cairo, showed that approximately eighty percent of patients visit public hospitals for
check-ups
a thorough physical examination; includes a variety of tests depending on the age and sex and health of the person
checkups
, in which no special devices are needed.
Therefore
, making the medical system free of charge does not affect the financial stability of the
country
, nor create a burden on the governmental funds. In conclusion, due to the fact that not everyone can afford medical treatment, and free-of-charge health system does not create a negative impact on the
country
's
finance
Suggestion
financial
, I strongly agree that every
country
should offer free medical services.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
