Do children behave better when they are physically punished or rewarded?
It is often argued that youngsters should be punished, when they misbehave or do mischief things. I am totally against punishing young people. I would like to elaborate more going
further
.
To begin
with, Young people with their growing minds were like mirrors. They reflect our own images upon them. They learn things and actions from their parents, near and dear and from their surroundings too. Of course, they grab good things along with bad stuff
. So, Suggestion
the bad stuff
it
our responsibility to identify the wrong things in them and to guide them to follow it is
it's
right way
. With our actions, how well we treat them, becomes a measure to them, how well they transform. Suggestion
the right way
For Example
, Toddlers have tendency
to put their thumb in their mouths. We must train them, to not to put again Suggestion
tended
instead
of physically harassing them.
Furthermore
, I completely accept the next
statement given that, young behave well when rewarded. Everyone of us likes Pride and so are Children. They become happy when someone treat
them Suggestion
treats
good
. Suggestion
well
better
For instance
, when a child gets an award for their excellence in Academics or for doing good in Sports. They feel it as proud moment and continue to strive hard to reach that position and moment every time, and thus
it becomes a practise.
To Conclude, in my opinion, Young minds should be awarded rather than just physically punishing them, as it may deviate their young in wrong direction
and Suggestion
the wrong direction
thus
leads to an immature civilian. As someone said, Todays Young People were tomorrows Citizens.
