As the number of cars increases, more money has to be spent on road systems. Some people think that the government should pay for this. Others, however, think that the user should pay for the cost. Discuss both views, give opinion.

. Personally, I would argue that governments should take the responsibility for spending on transportation. On the one hand, there are a number of reasons for inhabitants should allocate
money
on
road
systems.
Firstly
, it is obvious that wider and more roads built with the aim of serving the lives of people.
As a result
, the commuters should bear the cost of construction.
Secondly
, paying for
road
systems discourages the use of private cars.
This
is because citizens want to economize their budget, so they would use the public transit more frequently.
This
leads to less car exhumes released into the atmosphere, which helps reduce environmental damage.
In addition
, a person who can afford a car is more affluent than others.
Therefore
, forcing them to pay for
road
construction is a kind of financial support for less fortunate people.
On the other hand
, I believe that
authorities

road
systems to be safe and upgraded is a part of the state’s responsibility.
However

Furthermore

For example
, a highway building project may cost billions of dollars.
Therefore

although
both views certainly have some validity, it seems to me that it is better for

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
