Introduction
People have divided on the opinion of whether the grand parents have to take care of child or child care centres if the both parents have job. In my opinion, though child care centres have professionals care takers, parents do well on their grand-children because they have sufficient experience and affection toward babies.
Body paragraph 1
On the one hand, most of the child care have professional employees to take care of the child enrolling. If someone wants to become a care takers, he/she firstly have to complete the certain trainings or internships. It means that the professionals are being appointed at child centres to take care child who have sufficient knowledge and experience on child behavior, psychology, and the daily routine. For example, the child centres called Dhading Take Care Centre recently published the vacancy for appealing to apply by only the people who have certificate level qualification on chiold care and 8 years of experience. However, I do not agree with this view and believe that grand-parents are the experienced one who grew their children.
Body paragraph 2
On the other hand, grandparents have the Ph.D. on growing the child because they grew their son and daughter in their life. Even though, they might not have able to do actively due to their ole age, they certainly have knowledge on growing and understand the language of child. For instance, if a baby cries, they understand what he/she wants by timing or the signal child shows. In that way, they can provide the foods and help the child as per necessary. Having said that, parents have the whole responsibilities to cherish their children since grand-parents may not able to do so for long period continually as per their age.
Conclusion
In conclusion, in recent years, most of the parents do work outside and they do not have time to growing their children. Some would argue that grandparents are the best options and some agree to childcare. I believe that parents have sufficient knowledge on child care so that can cherish their grandchildren well rather than centres.
