They choose an easier means of giving out to local communities through charitable national and international organizations. In my opinion, individuals who visit local communities have an idea what these people need and how their money is being used. The downside of

 method of reaching out is that these people are prone to communicable diseases due to poor living conditions of

 poor. While those who opt to give via national and international charities do not have any knowledge about how the funds are being channeled. In conclusion, rendering help to the local communities should be dependent on the choice of the individual.
