Dear Sir, I have been your regular customer since 2010 but I am disappointed

 time and want to report an issue of poor service delivery.

 week, I ordered a set of chairs and one table on your website. I selected wooden furniture and paid the entire amount from my credit card. I mentioned that please handle the items with care because the table had a glass on the top and it seemed sophisticated.

, your delivery staff neither put any cushion around the furniture nor they placed any layer between the

Therefore
, the glass of the table has got scratches and one of the four chairs

    • Sentence 2 - Restatement of thesis
    • Sentence 3 - Prediction or recommendation
