These days, in many countries fewer and fewer people, want to become teachers, particularly in secondary schools. What are the reasons for this, and how could the problem be solved?

Dear Mr. Bradford I am writing
this
letter to highlight the few points you asked me to come up with in regards to improving our
reception
area, which has been receiving a lot of flak recently.
Firstly
, there has been a lot of complaints from our visitors because of the old, untidy and fractured
reception
, which includes our guest seating area. There have been specific complaints about the sofa set being dirty and
also
about some foul smell coming from it. As
this
area is the
first
point of contact for our clients and visitors, it is imperative, that we should take our visitor's concerns seriously, since it can have a negative impact on our company's image.
As a result
, I would like to put forward an idea of refurbishing our
reception
with new furniture.
This
would include a new three-seater sofa set and polishing of
reception
desk. Please let me know what you think about the idea. Regards Jack
