It is believed by a few individuals that huge constructions with modern outlook are necessary for the

 of urban areas. Whereas, others think that medical centres and educational institutes are the areas that needs to be paid more attention. In my opinion, both play a significant role in the
development
 of society. Since we all know that urban areas are the most developed areas with vast population. They are occupied by individuals from different cultures, regions, religions and traditions. Due to the growing population day by day, there is a need for more employment facilities. So the government is signing contracts with many multinational companies and organizations.
Therefore
, increasing the employment across the cities. One of
such

 activities is the establishment of HITEC city, which is a great initiative taken by the government to increase the employment. There are
also
 many other benefits of constructing impressive buildings, as they are a great source of tourism.

, increasing the funds to the government.
On the other hand
 schooling and hospitalization are the other major areas that are needed to be focussed. In today's society, there are many changes in the growth of educational institutions.

, there are many instances where several institutes are being collapsed due to flaws in the construction of the educational institutions .One of

uality of raw materials should be utilized for the construction of the educational institutions. Another important area where we need to pay attention is the improvement of medical facilities in hospitals.Nowadays, many of the hospitals are lacking in providing the basic facilities to patients. Few

 things are medical shop inside the hospitals, availability of diagnostic centres within the hospital, cleanliness etc. In conclusion, in my point of view, money should be spent not only on the
development
 of large buildings
such
 as IT hubs, but
also
 to the enhancement of the educational and medical centres.
