Nowadays environmental problems are too big to be managed by individual persons or individual countries. In other words, it is an international problem. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

 few decades. Many people reckon that those environmental concerns are worldwide problems which are beyond individuals and governments’ control. Personally, I tend to agree that environmental problems pose a big threat to the whole world,

, I believe that it is the responsibility of not only organizations and governments but
also
 the individuals. On the one hand, I am of the opinion that environmental problems may wreak havoc on every part of the globe. There is no doubt that global issues

 as global warming and deforestation require an enormous amount of money to handle. Apparently, only the international organizations and governments are able to cover those vast costs

, I assume that individuals play a vital role in improving the environment. In fact, there are a lot of solutions a person can adopt to mitigate the negative effects of the environment. Particularly, a growing number of residents prefer using public transport

, many regions witness a marked drop in the air pollution level.

, individuals tend to show their willingness to take part in environmental campaigns.

, millions of people in various parts of the world join hand in the Earth Hour campaign with the aim of saving electricity. In conclusion, international organizations and governments play the leading role in handling major environmental issues,

, if all the civilization can get its act together, the environmental problems will no longer be a serious threat.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.
