Many people these days have computer, laptop and telephone at their home for work. Do you think, working from home has more advantage or disadvantage?

Technology today has made it possible to undertake any type of
work
, from anywhere in the world as long as there is a proper internet connection. From writing an article and sharing it with our peers, to having a virtual meeting, everything is possible online.
This
also
includes the type of devices being used for
work
, from traditional desktops to laptop to telephones, people can use a wide range of devices to complete their task at hand without any need to go to the offices. The era of working remotely has begun and it has revolutionized the way we imagine

the work
. With all our data being stored in the cloud and accessible via any of the smart devices, working at a physical
office
hardly seems like a necessary obligation. Working from home can help our colleagues to be more present for their family,
work
at their own pace without any time constraints and
also
complete more tasks
instead
of being stuck in traffic. Remote working will
also
provide flexibility to
work
from their own system
instead
of mandating an

given laptop.
However
, there is a rising concern of security when it comes to accessing confidential data remotely, outside the
office
network. In today's world, technology has advanced to an extent where
such
threats can be mitigated easily. With the help of virtual private networks, we can ensure that our data is safe and it is always routed through a secure network. There is
also
a concern of employees slacking off and working less when they
work
remotely.
This
is a matter of
work
ethic that the individual has, if he slacks off at home, he would surely find a way to not
work
at the
office
either. Taking the burden off people's shoulders, making things easy and accessible is the primary goal of science and when we are given a chance

use of it, we would be foolish to turn it away. Providing the benefit of working from home will certainly help the employee be more productive, utilize the time more efficiently, and be more motivated towards organizational goals.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
