3. Environmental problems are serious in many countries. It means that the only possible way to protect the environment is at an international level. To what extent, do you agree or disagree?

People do not have enough respect and do not feel personally responsible for the environment: some people are not aware of the effect of littering can have. Some people develop bad habit of dropping

 rather than disposing of it properly. There are not enough easily available

 bins in cities and towns. People feel there will be no consequences and they can get away with it. Once

 starts to pile up, people feel less inclined to dispose it responsibly. There must be harsher punishment those who
litter
 irresponsibly should be punished harshly and the government should install more street cameras to catch convicts. Children should be educated regarding the consequences of littering on the environment, for that their syllabus requires to be upgraded.
Similarly
, public awareness programs need to be conducted by campaigning.

, authorities must provide more littering bins so that people can dispose waste materials properly.
