Nowadays, people tends to shop in large shopping centers or malls instead of local shops. This behaviour caused some local shops closed their business. In my opinion, this is a sign of negative development. Local shop CEOs can not innovate creatively to compete with shopping malls and it will disrupt money cycle beause too much money concentrated in big companies.

Nowadays, technological progress has been drastically improved. Every day at least there are new upgraded technologies such as computers. In many developed countries, more than half the workforce are women, however, it is noticeable that the higher positions in many of the big companies consist of more men. People argue that a certain proportion of jobs should be reserved for ladies, but I disagree with the suggestion because men and women should compete on the same ground, and more female workers available do not mean that all of them want to be on top.
