Many young people regularly change their jobs over the years. What are the reasons for this? Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?

Changing of the profession has increased among the youth. There is a recent trend of people upgrading their work, especially those in the age group of 23 - 30. There may be a variety of causes behind it, which come with its own merits and demerits. It has been seen over the past few years, that there has been an immense increase, in the way people view their employment. According to a majority of the younger generation, who often shift their jobs, there are a lot of merits in it. A new workplace often, gives them better salary, housing, travel and sometimes kids' benefits. Youngsters get far better opportunities by moving, as compared to their previous jobs. They are happier with their shift, because often times people's
first
jobs are not what they expect them to be.
Nevertheless
, there are a number of demerits in it too. It is considered by employers, that people who often keep changing their workplaces, are not stable minded and are poor decision makers. The constant fear in the minds of employers about the frequent transfer of their workers prevents them to offer challenging tasks to these
