With increasing imbalance between professional and personal life at work place, many people are running short of time. Henceforth ready to eat foods is more desirable than home made foods by many people.

. Nowadays, many master chefs and cooks are adopting ancient methods of cooking that used in our homes, which suggest that homemade foods are superior to packed meals in many ways.

packed meals have certain advantages, but
disadvanges
supersedes it. Packed foods not only lack nutrition supplement but, dangerous to

. We should consume homemade foods in order to avoid the drawbacks of packed meals

as added preservatives and artificial flavours in it. To remain fit and healthy we should prefer homemade foods over packed meals.
